Registration
begins September 16 for members and September 20 for non-members.
You may mail in your completed registration form or bring it
in to the Arts Center. All are welcome. The Corvallis Arts Center
does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or
ethnic origin. Partial scholarships are available, contact Jessica
Lamb at the Arts Center, 541/754-1551. Please Note: no classes
will be held November 24-26.

Learn basic woodworking skills while making 4 cool toys with
Michael Marks: marble rollers, marble targets, rubberband-launched
gliders, and cap poppers.

Michael Marks
Students will use woodworking skills and learn advanced assembly
techniques while building this action-packed target gallery.
Features include various kinds of targets including some that
move, a dial scorekeeper with four changing skill titles, and
bonus marbles that are delivered when pre-set scores are reached.
All materials, tools, and individual attention are included.

#14 Multi-Cultural Arts and Crafts Series:
Native American Hand Crafts
Barbara Levine and Susan Korn
Take an arts tour of the world, practicing traditional crafts
of various cultures. In this first session, learn about the hand
crafts of the Navaho, Pueblo, Great Plains, Inuit, and Ojibwa
peoples and have fun making animal carvings, dream catchers,
clay storytellers, and much more.

#15 Drawing in Color

Covers basic drawing techniques including line and form, composition,
shading, and perspective, with a special emphasis on the use
of color. We will use colored pencils and soft pastels, experimenting
with still life, nature, landscape, and figure drawing.

drab, dark cottons into uniquely beautiful fabrics with Shibori
